Privacy notice: access requests

This notice explains what happens to the details you give when you request access to Blueprint Studio at blueprintstudio.tech/request.

Who we are

Blueprint Studio is run by Matt Thomson ("we"). You can contact us about privacy at thatm365guy@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your work email address, name, organisation and role, as you enter them.
• The date and time of your request, and that you agreed to be contacted.

We don't use cookies or tracking on this page. To stop abuse, the service briefly counts requests per connection in memory; your IP address isn't stored.

Why we use it

Only to review your request, contact you about access to Blueprint Studio, and send you an invitation if we offer one. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we'll delete your details.

Where it's kept and who sees it

Your details are stored in our Microsoft Azure subscription in the East US 2 region (United States), and a notification of your request is emailed to us using Azure Communication Services. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf, under its data protection terms, which include safeguards for transferring personal data outside the UK. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for 12 months after we last contacted you about access, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them, by emailing thatm365guy@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
